1. Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, tampered with, or where the security seal is broken. This is for the safety and health of all our customers.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.
